Returns

We accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Complete the Return Form:

    • Print the return label generated through the online return portal.
  3. Pack Your Items:

    • Securely pack the items you are returning, including all original packaging and tags.
  4. Attach the Return Label:

    • Affix the printed return label to the outside of the package. Ensure that the barcode is visible.
  5. Ship Your Return:

    • Drop off the package at your preferred shipping carrier or follow the instructions provided in the return portal.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
